Customer’s Data:

The store is obliged to maintain customer’s data and protect it
The store have the right to share customer’s data to the involved delivery parties such as delivery person, the shipping company and the concerns sales authorities

 

Technical Support:

Customers support is available through the approved channels of communications
The approved channels are WhatsApp and Store Email

 

Orders:

The production date of our roasted coffee is labeled in the goods description and coffee will be sent with such matching date, bearing in mind roasting date is subject to change daily
Customers are responsible to ask about the roasting date, if it did not appear in the label description, and in case if bought without asking then he is accepting any date
Orders are considered confirmed only after payment and confirmation are done
Customers provide the Store with clear address contains customer name, street name and house number and any lack of information is a lack of address

Shipping:

The Store does not edit the address and it forward to the shipping company as it submitted by the customers
Any delays in shipping due to lack of information relieves the Store delivery liabilities
Customers should bear the value of returning the shipment to the Store and shipping it again
Customers can not amend or cancel the orders after shipping
If the customers do not receive a message with tracking number, it is customer’s responsibility to contact the Store to provide him with the tracking number
If the shipment is delayed due to shipping company mistakes, the Store will bear the compensation
In the event that the shipment is not received within the specific days, the customers must inform the Store within three (3) working days via the approved channels of communication; Otherwise he waives his rights to make up for the order

Change and Exchange:

The customer has the right to replace or return the coffee only if there is an external defect in the product (such as damaged bag) as long as he provide the Store of notification (through the available channels of communications) within three (3) working days of receiving the order
